Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every Banaras Karigari piece. If something is not right, please contact our concierge within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable.

Eligible returns

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. Custom or bespoke bridal orders may not be eligible for return unless agreed in writing.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
